The four care levels in the VivoCare care concept
Thanks to our qualified personnel, professional care is a matter of course. We offer all levels of care, from simple support in coping with everyday life to demanding 24-hour intensive care.
Which level of care is the right choice?
We are happy to inform you about our care levels without obligation and answer your questions. We will also explain to you which classification we would make in a specific case after we have received detailed information (diagnosis, etc.) about the guest to be cared for. You can also send us a non-binding message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Care in the VivoCare Residence
The VivoCare Residence employs an extensive team of highly qualified caregivers. Various levels of care are offered, ranging from simple assistance to intensive 24-hour care services. We are specialized in the care of people with neurodegenerative diseases (all forms of dementia). These services were developed by Doris Knecht and are supervised by the nursing department and her management team. VivoCare also maintains close links with local and international hospitals, clinics and other health care facilities, enabling us to provide optimal medical care.
Daily routine and care
The amount of care and the daily routine is individually based on the knowledge gained from our person-centred care approach, taking into account the individual needs of our guests.
If necessary, we also involve the relatives in the preparation of the daily schedule. They can make a valuable contribution to optimal care based on their experience with their family member. This ensures maximum comfort and well-being for our guests, because it is central and indispensable that people at VivoCare feel well integrated, understood and lovingly cared for.
Person-centred care is not an empty phrase: it requires a natural ability to feel how a person feels inside and which emotions can rise and fade away.
It requires a fundamental compassion; which is difficult to teach or learn. Caregivers with this gift have a natural affinity with those who need help.
The bond is therefore a natural one between caregiver and guest. The caregiver enables, motivates and promotes the independence, self-confidence and self-esteem of the person being cared for. Mutual trust, respect and affection develop from this. Once this state is reached, satisfaction and quality of life are the result.
